## What this error means

The call was refused: the App Store Connect API key, its Key ID or the Issuer ID is wrong, the key was revoked, or the token expired.

## Why it happens

The upload tool sent an App Store Connect API token the server would not accept: a wrong Key ID or Issuer ID, a revoked key, or an expired token.

## The message tools print

```
[!] The request could not be completed because: Authentication credentials are missing or invalid. Provide a properly configured and signed bearer token, and make sure that it has not expired.
```

## How to fix it

1. In App Store Connect → Users and Access → Integrations, check that the Key ID and Issuer ID belong to the key you use.
2. Make sure the key has the App Manager or Admin role and wasn’t revoked.
3. Paste the .p8 file again, including the BEGIN and END lines.
