Install the CapWrapp GitHub App on the repositories you want to ship. Identity sign-in stays separate from repo access.

Wrap if needed
Still a web app? CapWrapp opens a pull request that adds Capacitor, native projects, and the first store pipeline.

Pick a SHA
The desk compares that commit to the last store build and recommends a native upload or a live update. You always confirm.

Ship
TestFlight and Play Internal upload from GitHub Actions. Status, artifacts, and alerts come back into CapWrapp.
