Terms of Service

Last updated October 9, 2026 · Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Računalniško programiranje, Alexandre Georges Michel Pierre Grisey s.p. ("CapWrapp", "we", "us"), which runs CapWrapp at capwr.app. They cover the website, the CapWrapp app, the free tools, commit previews and every related service (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use CapWrapp for a company or another organization, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you can bind it; "you" then also means that organization.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

1. Who we are

  • Business: Računalniško programiranje, Alexandre Georges Michel Pierre Grisey s.p., a sole proprietor registered in Slovenia
  • Address: Trg borcev NOB 19, 1431 Dol pri Hrastniku, Slovenia
  • VAT number: SI92114466
  • Email: contact@capwr.app

2. What CapWrapp does

CapWrapp helps you turn a web app into iPhone and Android apps and ship them. Depending on what you use, CapWrapp:

  • connects to the GitHub repositories you choose, through the CapWrapp GitHub App;
  • opens pull requests that add Capacitor, build pipelines, integrations and package updates to your project;
  • starts builds that run on your own GitHub Actions account;
  • uploads builds to TestFlight and Google Play testing, submits apps to App Store review and releases them to Google Play production;
  • edits store listings, translates them with AI and pushes them to App Store Connect and Google Play;
  • hosts temporary previews of a commit that you can open on a phone;
  • sends alerts by email, Slack and Telegram.

CapWrapp is a tool. You stay the developer and publisher of your apps. Apple, Google, GitHub and other third parties make their own decisions: we don't control them and can't guarantee that an app is approved, how long a review takes, or that an app stays on a store. Recommendations CapWrapp makes, such as whether a change can ship as a live update or needs a store build, are suggestions, not guarantees.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
  • You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep those accounts and your CapWrapp access PIN secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and you must tell us right away at contact@capwr.app if you think someone else is using it.
  • An account is for one person. Don't share it: invite teammates to an organization instead.
  • Keep the information in your account accurate.

4. Organizations and teammates

  • You can create organizations (shared workspaces) and invite people by email. Members of an organization can see and use its apps, settings and stored store credentials, according to their role. Only invite people you trust with those apps and credentials.
  • Admins can manage members and settings, and can take over the organization's billing.
  • Each organization is on one subscription. Its payer (the "billing owner") is responsible for paying for it. Other members don't pay for the organization.
  • If you leave an organization or delete your account, the organization and its apps stay with the remaining members.

5. Connected services and what you authorize

CapWrapp works through accounts you connect: GitHub, Apple App Store Connect, Google Play Console and, if you choose, Capgo, Slack, Telegram and others. When you connect them and ask CapWrapp to act, you authorize us to access those accounts and act on your behalf, including to:

  • read your repositories, branches, commits, files, workflow runs and logs;
  • create branches, commits and pull requests, merge pull requests you ask us to merge, and add or update workflow files;
  • start your GitHub Actions workflows;
  • create, use and revoke Apple signing certificates and keys, and create an Android upload keystore;
  • upload builds, submit apps for review, release them, and push listing text and screenshots.

You confirm that you own or are allowed to use those accounts, repositories and apps, and that using them as you direct doesn't break any agreement you have with a third party.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, such as GitHub's terms, the Apple Developer Program License Agreement and the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement. You pay their fees yourself, including the Apple Developer Program, the Google Play developer account, GitHub Actions minutes beyond your free allowance, and Capgo. We aren't responsible for third-party services, their availability, changes to their APIs or their decisions.

You can withdraw access at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App, removing credentials in CapWrapp, or revoking keys in App Store Connect or Google Play Console. Features that need that access then stop working.

6. Your content

"Your Content" means everything you submit to or connect with CapWrapp: code and repository contents, app configuration and environment values, store credentials and signing keys, listing text, screenshots, icons, build logs and messages.

  • You keep all rights in Your Content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, adapt (for example translate, resize or turn into a pull request) and display Your Content, only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service and as you direct. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service.
  • You're responsible for Your Content. You confirm that you have the rights needed for it and that it doesn't break the law, infringe anyone's rights or break Apple's or Google's policies.
  • Review before you merge and publish. CapWrapp proposes changes through pull requests and generated files. You decide what to merge, build and publish, and you're responsible for the apps you publish, including their compliance with store guidelines, the law and your obligations to your own users.
  • Keep copies of your keys. CapWrapp can create signing keys for you, such as an Android upload keystore or Apple distribution certificates. Export and keep a copy of anything you can't create again. When you delete an app or your account, we delete the keys stored with it and can't recover them.

7. Commit previews

A preview is hosted on preview.capwr.app at an unlisted link for up to 7 days, unless you revoke it earlier. Anyone with the link can open it. Don't put secrets or confidential information in a preview build.

8. AI features

Some features use an AI provider, currently OpenAI: translating store listings and explaining failed builds. We send only what the feature needs, such as the listing text or the error lines of a build log.

AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before you rely on it, and always review listing text before publishing it on a store. AI translation is included under fair use: we may limit unusually heavy use that affects the Service for others.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use CapWrapp to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • build or publish malware, spyware, phishing, scams, or apps designed to mislead App Store or Google Play review;
  • access repositories, store accounts or data you aren't allowed to access;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or get around security measures, access controls, usage limits or billing (including the active-app limit);
  • copy, reverse engineer or decompile the Service, except where the law allows it;
  • resell the Service or offer it to others as a standalone service (agencies may use CapWrapp to build and ship apps for their clients);
  • scrape or access the Service by automated means other than the features we provide;
  • harass us or other users.

We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the Service, other users or third parties. If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to contact@capwr.app.

10. Free trial, plans and payment

Free trial

  • A new billing account gets a 14-day free trial with every feature, within the app limit of the plan you picked (Founder if you didn't pick one). The trial starts the first time CapWrapp sees an app in a workspace that has no plan, not when you sign up. No card is needed to start.
  • Before your first App Store review submission or Google Play production release during the trial, you're asked to add a card. You aren't charged before the trial ends.
  • There's one trial per payer. We may offer a one-time extension.
  • If the trial ends without a plan, your workspaces become read-only (see section 11). Nothing is deleted.

Plans and the active-app limit

  • Plans differ by the number of active apps they allow, as described on our pricing page. Teammates are included on every plan.
  • An app is one project in CapWrapp; its iPhone and Android versions count as one app. An app is active for 30 days after CapWrapp starts shipping something for it: a test build, a store submission or release, a listing push or a live update. A ship counts when it starts, even if the build then fails.
  • At your plan's limit, apps that are already active keep shipping. To ship another app, move to a bigger plan or wait until an app hasn't shipped for 30 days. There are no overage charges.

Subscriptions are sold through Link, a Stripe service that acts as the merchant of record. When you subscribe, you buy from Link, and the terms Link shows at checkout also apply to that purchase. Link collects the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and sends your receipts and invoices. Your bank statement shows LINK.COM* CAPWRAPP. We never see or store your full card number.

Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Link may show and charge them in your local currency.

Renewal, changes and cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically every month or every year, at the price then in force, until cancelled. You authorize Link to charge your payment method at each renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from Billing in CapWrapp, or on link.com. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for; your workspaces then become read-only. Your apps stay live on the stores, and the Capacitor project and workflows stay in your repositories.
  • Upgrades apply right away and are prorated. You can move to a smaller plan once your active apps fit in it. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time, prorated. CapWrapp shows the amount and date of any charge before you confirm.
  • If a payment fails, Link may retry it. If it stays unpaid, your workspaces may become read-only until it's paid.

Price changes

We may change our prices. For an existing subscription, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your first renewal after that notice. If you don't agree, cancel before then.

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused apps, downgrades and cancellations, except where the law requires a refund or where Link grants one under its own terms, and except as stated in section 13.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK

If you're a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. To do so, tell Link or us (contact@capwr.app) clearly within 14 days of subscribing. By subscribing, you ask for the paid service to start right away, or at the end of your free trial. If you withdraw after it has started, you pay for the service provided until you told us, and the rest is refunded.

Plans given by CapWrapp

We may give a plan free of charge or on custom terms, for example to beta testers or partners. It lasts until the end date we give you, if any. When it ends, your account goes back to its trial or its paid plan, and your apps and data don't change.

11. Read-only workspaces

A read-only workspace stays fully visible, but nothing new can start: builds, previews, releases, listing pushes, translations or new wraps. Choosing a plan brings it back. We keep the data of read-only workspaces as described in our Privacy Policy, including the deletion of accounts that stay inactive for 24 months, after a warning by email.

12. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and the CapWrapp name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

Files that CapWrapp adds to your repositories, such as Capacitor configuration, workflows and pipeline scripts, are yours to use, change and keep in your projects, also after you stop using CapWrapp. We give you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to any of our rights in them.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without any obligation to you. The free tools on the website are provided as they are, without any commitment.

13. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep CapWrapp available and secure, but we don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Maintenance, third-party outages or events outside our control can interrupt it.

We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature, we'll tell you in advance. If we shut down the Service entirely, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund any prepaid fees for the period after the shutdown.

14. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data as a controller, for example your account data.

Your Content may contain personal data of other people, such as the names and emails of commit authors or teammates you invite, or personal data in listing text or environment values. For that data, you're the controller and we process it on your behalf as your processor. This section is the data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR. We:

  • process that data only to provide the Service, following your instructions, which are these Terms and how you use the Service, unless the law requires otherwise;
  • make sure everyone who processes it for us is bound by confidentiality;
  • protect it with the security measures described in our Privacy Policy;
  • use the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy as sub-processors, under contracts with equivalent data protection obligations, and announce new sub-processors by updating that list. You may object for a valid data protection reason by writing to us; if we can't address it, you may cancel;
  • help you answer requests from people exercising their rights, and help you meet your security, breach notification and impact assessment obligations, taking into account what we know;
  • tell you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting that data;
  • delete that data when you delete it, your app or your account, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  • give you the information you need to show that these obligations are met, and allow reasonable audits, at your cost, on reasonable notice.

15. Ending your use

  • You can stop using CapWrapp and delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleting your account deletes the apps in your personal workspace with their stored credentials, previews and history, and removes you from your organizations. If you pay for a subscription, it's set to cancel at the end of the paid period, so your teams aren't cut off in the middle of a release. Apps in organizations stay with the organization.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, don't pay, if the law requires it, or to prevent harm to the Service, other users or third parties. When reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we end your access without such a reason, we'll refund any prepaid fees for the period after that date.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive the end of these Terms survive it, including sections 6, 12, 16, 17, 18 and 20.

16. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will meet your needs, that builds will succeed, or that your apps will be approved or stay on a store. If you're a consumer, this doesn't affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee that the Service conforms to the contract.

17. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

Subject to that:

  • we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill;
  • we aren't liable for store rejections, removals or delays, for third-party services, for actions you or your teammates asked CapWrapp to perform, or for keys and data you didn't back up;
  • our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100.

If you're a consumer, these limits apply only as far as the law of your country of residence allows.

18. Indemnity

If you use CapWrapp for business purposes, you'll defend and indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from Your Content, your apps, or your breach of these Terms or of the law, and against the reasonable costs of those claims. This section doesn't apply to consumers.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For important changes, we'll tell you by email or in CapWrapp at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is required by law or only concerns a new feature, in which case it may apply sooner. If you don't agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you can also bring proceedings in the courts of that country. If you aren't a consumer, the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction.

Please contact us first at contact@capwr.app: most problems are solved quickly that way. We don't recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve disputes with us.

21. General

  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy and, for purchases, Link's terms of sale are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • We may transfer these Terms to a successor of our business, and we'll tell you if we do. You need our written consent to transfer them.
  • If a provision is found invalid, the rest of these Terms stays in force. Not enforcing a right isn't a waiver of it.
  • Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control.
  • We send notices to the email address of your account. You can send notices to contact@capwr.app.
  • These Terms are written in English. Any translation is for convenience only; the English version prevails, unless the law says otherwise.
