What this error means
The version (like 1.0.0) was already released or approved, so App Store Connect accepts no new builds for it.
Why it happens
Once a version is released or approved, its pre-release train closes. New binaries need a higher version, not another build of the old one.

- Raise the version — 1.0.0 to 1.0.1, say — in the Xcode project (MARKETING_VERSION).
- Build and upload again.
